Upper chrome cover plate on the door side for Mercedes R107 driver’s seat (early version without hole for handwheel)
Suitable only on the door side for the early R107 models up to 08/1977. (The version is available for the later models with hole for the handwheel required)
On the Mercedes R107 there are 5 very similar but completely different upper panels. This is because the side that has a handwheel also needs a hole in the middle. The side that doesn’t have a handwheel doesn’t need a center hole. Further differences are that the early models have the driver’s seat handwheel on the inside of the tunnel side and the late models have the driver’s seat handwheel on the outside of the door side. Then there are differences inside if the driver’s seat has an armrest. Please also take a look at our last picture.
